Floating Ruins mod adds a new exploration twist to your Minecraft world and new places to explore. Once applied, this mod will spawn random islands throughout your Minecraft world as if they were plucked from the ground. They’ll be somewhat of a challenge to get to and that’s intended, which involves building up to get there and once you do, be sure that you’re armed and prepared as dungeons also exist on each of these floating islands filled with dangerous mobs and rewards for the brave.
The best part is? You’ll never know where they’ll turn up nor the types of mobs that will spawn in its dungeons but the chests rewarded will definitely of use to you regardless.
